Golang experience - essential ? Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs ? Event-driven systems - Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar ? Docker and containerised applications ? CI/CD pipelines and automated testing ? Agile/Scrum development experience ? Strong communication and problem-solving skills ? Bonus points for: Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, gRPC or GraphQL AWS or cloud-native development Experience in financial services or high-volume transactional platforms Test-driven development (TDD) Why this opportunity?
