Configure Google CCAI Platform contact center solutions using DTMF IVR design, call flows, routing logic, and production testing expertise.

Miratech seeks a Senior Google CCAIP Engineer to implement approved business and technical specifications. You will build IVR menus, configure queues, and integrate CRM systems, virtual agents, Agent Assist, and agent desktops. The position requires accurate configuration and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build DTMF IVR menus, keypad mappings, prompts, and navigation logic
  • Configure multilingual messaging, consent, after-hours, and overcapacity notifications
  • Implement queues, routing, fallbacks, overflow, callbacks, and transfers
  • Configure CRM, virtual agent, Agent Assist, and desktop integrations
  • Execute testing, support UAT, and resolve configuration defects

Requirements:

  • Five-plus years configuring IVR and call flows in production
  • Two-plus years hands-on Google CCAI Platform experience
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, SDKs, or conversational AI integrations
  • Experience preparing test cases, documentation, diagrams, and configuration records
  • Good written and spoken English with stakeholder experience
