Senior GPU Software Engineer

In this role you design, optimize, and scale high-performance GPU software to maximize hardware utilization. You will work closely with hardware-focused teams to tackle performance and scalability challenges on modern GPU platforms. The position emphasizes delivering highly optimized GPU workloads and close-to-hardware development. This is a technically challenging role in a London-based company with hybrid onsite work.

• Design and optimise high-performance GPU systems
• Develop and optimise GPU workloads across modern platforms
• Address performance, scalability, and hardware utilization challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to push GPU systems towards their limits
• Contribute to software that runs close to hardware and data movement
• Scale GPU software to handle increasingly demanding workloads

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with significant GPU or HPC experience
• Strong CUDA and GPU programming experience
• Excellent C++ programming skills
• Strong understanding of CPU/GPU interaction and data movement
