In this Growth-focused Software Engineer role, you drive adoption, engagement, and monetisation for Autodesk’s AI-powered Forma product. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and business strategy to move metrics and revenue through fast experimentation. Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deploy experiments to boost user adoption, engagement, and early self-serve monetisation
  • Formulate hypotheses and run high-velocity A/B tests, building MVP features to validate ideas
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and Marketing to identify growth bottlenecks and brainstorm high-impact solutions
  • Analyze experiment results and user data to uncover insights guiding next technical and product decisions
  • Make pragmatic engineering choices balancing speed to market with quality, using lightweight solutions when appropriate
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate output and support cross-functional tasks (product management, data analysis, design)
Key requirements
  • Experience with data-driven development, A/B testing, and iterating based on user behavior data
  • Interest in conversion optimization and driving impact aligned with company mission
  • Experience across modern frontend frameworks, large-scale systems, and cloud computing
  • Comfort using modern AI tools to accelerate workflows across engineering, product, and design tasks
  • Growth mindset and a track record in outcomes over code
  • Self-starter with curiosity and ability to operate without rigid roadmaps
