Motive is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer - GTM to join our global analytics team. You will own data pipelines and semantic models powering GTM metrics while partnering with sales, finance, and ops.

You’ll design scalable data products and dashboards, enabling accurate headcount, quota, and pipeline insights for executives and teams. You will leverage Snowflake, BigQuery, DBT, and Salesforce data models, plus AI tooling to accelerate insights.
