Akkodis seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a Canadian insurance organization. You will support billing and financial operations across premium billing, payments, collections, refunds, commissions, and account servicing. The work spans business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Define user stories, functional requirements, and process workflows
• Support BillingCenter enhancements and transformation initiatives
• Evaluate impacts across billing, payment, and financial systems
• Support solution design, testing, validation, and implementation

Requirements:

• Seven or more years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• Proven experience working with Guidewire BillingCenter
• Deep understanding of insurance billing and premium collection
• Experience with payments, collections, refunds, commissions, and servicing
• Strong requirements gathering, communication, and stakeholder management skills
