Senior HIS Technical Analyst

Lead HIS readiness across Oakville, Milton, and Georgetown using infrastructure assessment, device planning, and technical coordination expertise. This temporary full-time role follows Monday-to-Friday day shifts.

As Senior Technical Analyst (HIS), you will support Halton Healthcare’s HIS Readiness and ICT Infrastructure teams. You will assess current infrastructure, develop inventories, coordinate stakeholders, and support Total Cost of Ownership planning. The work contributes to exploring a shared Epic hospital information system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess infrastructure, devices, networks, wireless, telecommunications, and identity management
• Maintain technology asset inventories across all hospital sites
• Define future-state device and infrastructure requirements
• Develop costing analyses, estimates, and procurement forecasts
• Coordinate vendors, consultants, and partner organizations

Requirements:

• Information Technology degree or diploma
• At least three years’ progressive Information Systems experience
• Three years’ hardware troubleshooting and support experience
• Technical project leadership and stakeholder partnership experience
• Strong communication, business analysis, and technical documentation skills
