Senior HPC Linux DevOps Engineer

Lead Linux automation for HPC and EDA infrastructure as a Senior DevOps Engineer supporting hands-on cluster management and migration work.

This senior engineering role supports mission-critical HPC infrastructure and EDA environments. You will administer Linux systems, manage clusters with SLURM, automate through Ansible, and contribute to platform migrations. The work also involves enterprise storage, authentication, and bare-metal provisioning technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HPC and EDA infrastructure environments
• Administer Linux systems and SLURM clusters
• Automate infrastructure operations with Ansible
• Lead datacenter, infrastructure, or platform migrations
• Support NetApp enterprise storage platforms

Requirements:

• Five-plus years in Linux, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Hands-on HPC administration using SLURM or similar schedulers
• Experience supporting EDA or scientific computing environments
• Experience with RackN, Digital Rebar, Cobbler, or similar
• Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Okta, SSSD, or NIS
