Aritzia is seeking a Senior Solution Systems Analyst, People Technology, to design, implement, and continuously improve HR technology solutions. Translate business needs into scalable, user-centric designs and collaborate with Technology and People & Culture teams in Vancouver.

You will be responsible for requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing service delivery of HRIS such as Workday, Paradox, UKG, and Docebo, while contributing to continuous improvement and industry best
