CannonDesign is seeking a strategic Sr. Manager, HRIS & Operations to lead the evolution of our HR technology ecosystem and core HR operations. This role owns the HRIS and ensures data integrity, security and privacy across the organization.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Technology and senior leaders to drive operational excellence, implement scalable tech solutions, and deliver analytics that empower people decisions while overseeing change and system implementations.
