Senior HV Analog Engineer — High-Voltage & Precision

Renesas Electronics is seeking an Analog Senior Staff Engineer – High-Voltage Analog/Precision to join its CMSD R&D team. You will design and verify complex analog blocks for custom mixed-signal ASICs, perform feasibility studies, and compare solutions to promote differentiating designs.

Collaboration with project leads and DFT teams is essential. You will drive silicon debugging, provide design characterization, and guide layout and test development to enable ramp to production.
