Overview
As Senior IAM Engineer, you will shape an enterprise-grade identity platform across Okta, Entra ID and Active Directory to enable secure, scalable access for thousands of users. You’ll design and implement authentication capabilities, lifecycle automation and application provisioning, collaborating with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security and Applications teams. The role focuses on SSO, MFA and identity governance to improve security and efficiency. This is an opportunity to impact critical business systems and advance a modern, automated IAM stack.

- Design, build and enhance identity solutions across Okta, Entra ID and Active Directory
- Deliver new authentication capabilities and automate identity lifecycle processes
- Integrate applications using modern identity standards
- Implement SSO, MFA, identity governance, user provisioning and access management
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security and Application teams to enable secure access
- Improve automation, scalability and security of the identity platform
- Strong hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management
- Experience with Okta (SSO, Lifecycle Management, Workflows and/or Identity Governance)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
- Experience implementing authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM
- PowerShell scripting skills for automation
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
