Senior IAM Integration Engineer

Build identity integrations with Python, PowerShell, and REST APIs in a hybrid Senior IAM Integration Engineer role at Mobility Global.

Mobility Global seeks a senior identity engineer to connect IAM platforms with HR, cloud, SaaS, directory, and on-premises systems. You will develop automated joiner-mover-leaver pipelines using API-driven and event-driven provisioning. The work supports reliable, secure identity operations across Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, and federation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain identity connectors and system integrations
• Develop automated joiner-mover-leaver provisioning pipelines
• Operate and harden directory and federation infrastructure
• Monitor, patch, and respond to identity platform incidents
• Manage configurations through Git, version control, and CI/CD

Requirements:

• Six or more years in identity or integration engineering
• Enterprise IAM or IGA connector development experience
• Python, PowerShell, REST, SCIM, and event-driven provisioning skills
• Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, and federation knowledge
• Git, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and SLA ownership
