The assignment supports the Corporate Real Estate Management Division across facilities maintenance, asset management, work management, preventive maintenance, and mobile execution. It also covers SAP and SAP BTP integration touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend Maximo Manage designs, configuration options, and decisions
  • Review workflows, security, reports, dashboards, and mobile setup
  • Validate data mapping, reconciliation, migration readiness, and integrations
  • Support testing, defect triage, cutover, go-live, and stabilization
  • Prepare knowledge transfer notes and sustainment documentation

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hands-on Maximo configuration experience
  • Minimum three full-cycle Maximo implementations as application consultant
  • End-to-end Work Management configuration experience
  • Deep Maximo data model and setup experience
  • Experience driving SIT, UAT, defect triage, and go-live
