Senior Identity Access Engineer

Design enterprise authentication with SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and MFA as a Senior Identity Access Engineer at Mobility Global. This hybrid role supports Canadian applicants.

Mobility Global seeks a senior engineer with six-plus years in access management, identity, or authentication engineering. You will secure workforce identity and applicable customer identity flows while supporting enterprise and SaaS applications. The work advances phishing-resistant authentication and least-privilege access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and operate single sign-on and federation
• Own MFA rollout toward FIDO2 and passkeys
• Tune risk-based conditional access policies
• Onboard applications with least-privilege defaults
• Document and review authentication and authorization policies

Requirements:

• Six-plus years in access management or authentication engineering
• Expertise with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock
• Mastery of SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0
• Experience designing MFA and conditional access
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
