Senior Identity Access Engineer

Design secure authentication with SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 as a Senior Access Management Engineer in hybrid London, Canada.

Mobility Global seeks a senior engineer with six-plus years in access management, identity, or authentication engineering. You will secure enterprise and SaaS access through federation, MFA, conditional access, and authorization policies. The work supports workforce identity and applicable customer identity flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and operate single sign-on and federation
• Own MFA rollout toward FIDO2 and passkeys
• Tune risk-based conditional access and authorization policies
• Onboard applications with least-privilege defaults
• Document and peer-review authentication policy changes

Requirements:

• Six-plus years in access management, identity, or authentication
• Expertise with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock
• Mastery of SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0
• Experience designing MFA and conditional access
• Authentication-flow, token, and federation troubleshooting depth
