Senior I&IT Business Analyst

Lead enterprise I&IT business analysis from 5700 Yonge St. in a hybrid arrangement, applying requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement expertise.

This Senior Business Analyst assesses client business problems and opportunities for technology solutions. The work includes documenting requirements, preparing business cases, and guiding analysis across project phases. You will apply modeling, re-engineering, and Agile methodologies while communicating with stakeholders and I&IT management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements
• Lead JAD sessions, interviews, and product demonstrations
• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses
• Conduct business, use case, data, and process modeling
• Monitor progress, resolve problems, and report regularly

Requirements:

• Five-plus years analyzing I&IT enterprise applications and solutions
• Working knowledge of business system technologies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform App and MS Dynamics
• Experience leading JAD sessions, interviews, and reviews
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
