Senior I&IT Process Improvement Analyst

Drive cost-effective service delivery through business process re-engineering and structured analysis across two concurrent I&IT projects. Support varied client groups.

As an experienced Senior Business Analyst, you will identify business challenges, evaluate improvement opportunities, and help determine technology solutions. Your work spans policies, processes, best practices, standards, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses. You will also coordinate with I&IT management and stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and confirm requirements are met.
