Overview

As a Senior Implementation Analyst, you will shape measurement strategy and embed robust tracking across Kingfisher’s digital products. You will partner with Product, Data and Analytics teams to design measurement frameworks that enable data-driven decisions and collaborate with the Group Digital Analytics team to optimise digital experiences. The role combines technical tagging implementation with governance, data quality, and stakeholder alignment. You will influence how we measure impact at scale and contribute to ongoing digital transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Measurement, Product, Analytics and brand teams to define and deliver tagging and measurement requirements across digital platforms.
  • Lead the implementation of tagging solutions for websites and mobile apps, collaborating with engineering to develop data layers.
  • Monitor, analyse and improve data quality, identify root causes, and deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Manage tagging changes through release pipelines with governance and high-quality change management.
  • Maintain and optimise third-party vendor integrations to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and align tag management and analytics platforms to deliver consistent tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement by researching emerging technologies, sharing best practices, peer reviewing changes and developing team capability.
Key requirements
  • Experience in a technical implementation role (Implementation Analyst, Data Analyst or Implementation Engineer).
  • Strong experience delivering website and app analytics tracking, including data layer specification, implementation, debugging, testing and validation.
  • Knowledge of GA360, GA4, tag management systems (Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ), JavaScript, and tagging governance.
  • Experience implementing and managing server-side tracking (Tealium EventStream).
  • Good working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud.
  • Experience debugging tracking issues in native mobile applications.
  • Confident presenting technical concepts, data insights and solutions to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to peer review work and maintain high standards.
