Senior Implementation Lead A2R/EPM

In this role you lead Oracle A2R and EPM implementations for clients, shaping end-to-end finance processes and operating models. You collaborate with senior finance stakeholders to translate requirements into practical Oracle solutions, driving value from Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM. You mentor peers, run workshops, and ensure smooth delivery from design to hypercare. This position combines advisory influence with hands-on delivery in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

• Lead design and delivery of Oracle A2R and EPM workstreams across client engagements
• Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions
• Advise on finance processes and operating models to standardise and improve
• Drive solution design across GL, Period End Close, Financial Reporting and Reconciliations
• Provide SME input on Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting; support testing, training, deployment and hypercare
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development across the practice

• Significant experience in Finance, ERP, Shared Services or Consulting environments
• Strong knowledge of A2R processes (GL, Financial Reporting, Period End Close, Reconciliations, Journals, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Governance)
• Hands-on experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementations
• Strong Oracle EPM experience (Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting, Performance Management)
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior finance stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
