Overview

As an Implementation Specialist at FactSet, you lead client onboarding and software deployments for hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and brokers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to tailor configurations, workflows, and integrations that unlock value for clients. Your work directly supports successful adoption and ongoing client success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end client implementation and onboarding projects
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations
  • Configure trading environments, user accounts, permissions, and workflows
  • Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and third-party vendors
  • Partner with Product and Engineering for client-specific enhancements
  • Create functional documentation, implementation plans, and runbooks
  • Deliver onsite and virtual training for traders, PMs, operations, and compliance
  • Configure trade routing, end-of-day processing, and integration workflows
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide post-implementation support
  • Identify opportunities to improve client adoption and user experience
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with deadlines and quality standards
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years in financial technology, software implementations, or client-facing technical support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Strong technical aptitude and quick learning of new technologies
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
