Senior Industrial Print Technical Support Specialist

Lead advanced industrial print troubleshooting for Konica Minolta as a national technical authority supporting customers, dealers, and service teams across Canada and the US.

This senior specialist resolves complex technical issues and escalations affecting industrial print systems. The work combines installation, maintenance, repair, networking, and diagnostic expertise. You will also provide technical guidance, field support, and national training while helping maintain service continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex onsite and remote industrial print technical issues
• Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair print equipment
• Monitor IP queues and coordinate technician dispatch
• Manage escalations, documentation, tracking, and resolution communication
• Deliver technical training and technician mentorship

Requirements:

• Electronic Engineering Technology certificate or equivalent
• Eight to ten years of progressive technical service experience
• Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-resolution skills
• Knowledge of digital press systems, networking, and production environments
• Valid license, insured vehicle, travel documents, and travel willingness
