As Information Manager you will lead and deliver Information Management and BIM services for the Midlands region, embedding ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework. You will combine IM expertise with strong client relationships to grow accounts and introduce Gleeds’ broader capabilities. The role blends technical governance with business development and bid support, contributing to the BU’s growth toward 2027 targets. A security clearance is required. You will work from Nottingham or Birmingham and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to shape safer, data‑driven project delivery.

- Deliver the appointing party's IM role in line with ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework
- Develop and manage EIR, IDP, AIR, and BEP documents
- Configure and train on Common Data Environments (SharePoint, ACC, Aconex, Asite, Dalux, 4Projects)
- Perform compliance audits, QA, and data verification (BS EN 17412-1)
- Coordinate clash detection and federated model reviews
- Review COBie outputs, model data, responsibility matrices, risk registers, mobilisation plans
- Support digital handover and transition to Asset Information Model (AIM)
- Advise clients on future model uses and Building Safety Act compliance (Golden Thread)
- Leverage Gleeds capabilities (Building Surveying, FM advisory, Reality Capture/Scan to BIM) for integrated client service
- Act as Account/Framework Lead, building relationships and aligning processes with client goals
- Contribute to bid/proposal activity, maintain bid content and credentials
- Represent Gleeds at events and industry forums; support BU social media/profile
- Provide line management, mentoring, and development for junior/graduate team members
- Plan and manage time across concurrent projects; escalate risks as needed
- Participate in internal audits and implement corrective actions
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Proficient in Revit, Solibri, Navisworks; BIM interoperability tools (COBie Manager, Classification Manager, Model Checker)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BS EN 17412-1, UK BIM Framework, Construction Playbook
- Familiarity with AI tools and Power BI is advantageous
- Software-agnostic approach to CDE configuration/management
- Understanding of fee management, scope control, and commercial risk
- Ability to identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts
- Clear, confident communication with clients, supply chain, and stakeholders
- Ability to translate IM requirements into practical guidance for project teams
