Senior Information Technology Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer required to support internal users across 2nd & 3rd line. The company are looking for a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to support their head office and client sites with a range of IT issues.

Reporting to the IT Manager and working as part of a small IT team, this role is well suited to someone who likes to embed themselves into the business and work across a broad range of tasks.

Please note, this role is fully office based in Fareham. On-site parking is available.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, telephony and business systems, managing incidents through to resolution and keeping users updated throughout.
• Manage IT operations and security , including hardware provisioning, access control, IT policies, service communications and escalation to internal or external specialists where required.
• Support IT projects and improvements , including system implementations, integrations, technical developments and training users across the business.

Skill Requirements:

• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Windows 11
• VoIP / Network
