Senior Infra Ops Engineer — Scale GPU Fleet, Equity & PTO

Lightning AI is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer to operate and scale our world‑class GPU and bare‑metal infrastructure behind a leading AI platform. The role spans Linux, networking, storage, provisioning, and cluster orchestration, with a focus on reliability and automation.

You will own end-to-end operational workflows, build tooling to reduce repetitive work, and collaborate across engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to resolve complex issues in
