Overview
As Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from proposition through construction, shaping delivery for global clients. You’ll work within the UK Infrastructure Group to balance scope, resources and finances while guiding technical teams and mentoring staff. You’ll contribute to high-quality reports and specifications and support bid activity to secure project pipelines. This role blends technical leadership with collaboration on sustainable, low-carbon infrastructure solutions in a dynamic, inclusive practice.

- Lead delivery of multidisciplinary projects from proposition to construction
- Plan project resources and monitor financial performance
- Manage and mentor technical staff and develop junior team members
- Prepare and review technical reports, specifications and schedules
- Support work winning and secure project pipeline through customer-focused engagement
- Strong infrastructure design background with a demonstrable track record in a core discipline (Highways, Utilities or Sustainable Drainage)
- Experience delivering multidisciplinary projects and leading teams with strong communication/presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and drive continuous quality improvement
- Experience in AutoCAD, Civils 3D and MicroDrainage
- Member of a relevant professional institution
