Senior Infrastructure Manager Networking

Lead network infrastructure strategy at Montréal-based Groupe Dynamite Inc., using deep networking expertise to protect stable, secure operations. Manage evolving infrastructure needs across GDI’s retail organization.

As Senior Manager, you will plan, organize, and manage infrastructure operations supporting GARAGE and DYNAMITE. Your work spans budgeting, licensing, audits, vendors, service delivery, and team leadership. The role requires expertise across networking, virtualization, cloud identity, security tools, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead six-person team maintaining network stability and security
• Manage budgets, licensing, project schedules, and operational costs
• Strengthen Accounts Payable relationships and cross-departmental processes
• Create IT infrastructure auditing processes with the Audit team
• Develop service delivery approaches improving customer productivity

Requirements:

• Computer Science degree or related technical discipline
• 10+ years managing infrastructure design and operations
• 5+ years leading infrastructure teams successfully
• Deep knowledge of firewalls, switching, routing, and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with Azure, AWS, OCI, GCP, and identity services
