Senior Infrastructure Reliability Engineer

Strengthen system reliability through observability, recovery planning, and performance tuning across cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams.

This Senior Cloud Engineer role supports applications and services delivered by ESG and subsidiary Pandell. You will troubleshoot complex production incidents, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements. You will also establish service level objectives, practical alerting standards, and consistent operational practices for energy software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot production incidents and implement lasting improvements
• Establish service level objectives and alerting standards
• Maintain VMware availability, capacity, and performance
• Automate infrastructure monitoring, configuration, deployment, and recovery
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards

Requirements:

• Eight-plus years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong VMware knowledge including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter
• Production experience running Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitoring and observability experience, including Datadog
• Scripting skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go
