As Technical Specialist 2, Infrastructure, you will provide senior technical support for enterprise technology services. You will diagnose complex issues, improve reliability, and contribute to modernization initiatives. The work spans Windows Server, Linux, PowerShell, Python, and Bash.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex infrastructure issues and escalations
  • Design system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements
  • Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and availability
  • Lead small to medium infrastructure projects
  • Develop automation scripts and operational tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
  • Five-plus years in enterprise infrastructure roles
  • Advanced proficiency across two infrastructure domains
  • Strong Unix/Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
  • PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting skills
