The purpose of the role is to lead development and optimisation of waveforms to support customer applications.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and advancing inkjet applications
• Planning and running experiments
• Analysing data, interpreting results, and reporting insights
• Supporting testing, measurement, and validation activities
• Bringing structure and clarity to complex systems

What we're looking for:

• A degree in a STEM subject
• Proven experience in wide-ranging inkjet applications development
• Programming/scripting language knowledge advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent planning and organisational capability
• Experience in improving methods, resolving complex technical issues and support programme delivery
• A curious, problem-solving mindset
• Right to work in UK
