Senior Innovation Leader – Infrastructure & Strategy

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced innovation consultant to lead technical and commercial delivery on UK infrastructure projects. You will shape innovation strategies, engage with clients, and drive value across programmes with a collaborative, digital-first approach.

Reporting to the Innovation Director, you will progress sustainable innovation on short-term tasks and major programmes, while delivering training on modern innovation management techniques and AI-enabled tools.
