Senior Integration Engineer

Overview

In this role you design, build and sustain enterprise-grade integrations across Baringa’s systems, focusing on secure, scalable Azure-based solutions. You will drive modernisation of legacy integrations and own delivery from design to support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn requirements into robust technical outcomes. The position combines cloud-native integration, data flows and AI-enabled tooling to enable faster, safer business processes. You will contribute to a culture of innovation and trusted technology platforms that support client success.

• Design, build and support enterprise-grade integrations across Baringa’s business systems and technology platforms
• Develop Azure Function App solutions enabling secure, reliable, scalable integration between Dynamics 365, Workday, Dataverse and other enterprise apps
• Build and maintain custom APIs, services and integration components for critical business processes
• Design and implement integration patterns using Azure services (API Management, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Key Vault)
• Support ongoing modernisation of legacy integrations and data exchange processes
• Own technical delivery from design through deployment, support and continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, scalability and maintainability across the integration estate
• Design solutions with security, monitoring, governance and operational controls; manage risks from the outset
• Participate in troubleshooting, production support and incident resolution for business-critical integrations
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions

• Strong experience designing, building and supporting integrations using Azure Function Apps
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with custom APIs and native integration capabilities
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern integration design
• Experience with Azure integration services including API Management, Service Bus, Storage Accounts and Key Vault
• Knowledge of Dataverse integration patterns and the Power Platform ecosystem
• Experience securing integration solutions using OAuth, Entra ID (Microsoft Entra ID), Managed Identity and modern networking (private endpoints, network isolation, service-to-service communication)
• Ability to identify and mitigate technical, security and operational risks in integration solutions
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, retry handling and production support processes
• Comfortable leveraging frontier AI engineering tools and autonomous frameworks; strong focus on code quality, safety and governance
