We are looking for a Senior Integration Developer to support a critical Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM deployment and deliver a new onboarding/offboarding identity integration between Oracle Fusion HCM, Microsoft Entra ID, and on-premises Active Directory .

Toronto, ON | Hybrid – 2 days onsite

Up to $85/hour

Must-Have Experience

  • Strong experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD identity lifecycle management
  • Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with identity platforms
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills
  • Experience with SCIM-based provisioning
  • Strong understanding of HR onboarding/offboarding workflows
  • Experience designing data transformation and integration pipelines
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Azure Automation
  • Familiarity with legacy Oracle DB integration logic
  • Knowledge of IAM governance and best practices
