Key Responsibilities: • Develop, execute, and manage the risk-based audit plan • Provide assurance over enterprise risk management and internal controls • Establish and maintain a Quality Assurance and Improvement Program • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies • Lead a high-performing audit team and ensure robust methodologies
Requirements: • 10+ years in audit with 5+ in senior leadership • CPA and CIA certifications required • Proven experience operating at Board level • Knowledge of internal audit standards and practices • Strong interpersonal skills in fostering relationships
