As a Senior Internal Auditor at Canada Guaranty, you will support the annual audit plan under IIA Global Internal Audit Standards. The work includes risk assessment, assurance and advisory engagements, and practical process improvements. You will build business-relevant relationships with management while supporting audit planning, findings, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process walkthroughs and identify key controls
• Execute testing for control design and effectiveness
• Recommend improvements addressing risks and process efficiency
• Present actionable findings and support audit planning
• Monitor management corrective actions and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• University degree in business, accounting, mathematics, or related study
• CPA, CIA, or relevant risk management designation
• At least four years in internal audit or risk consulting
• Interest in financial institutions and regulatory requirements
• Strong synthesis, ownership, interpersonal, and quality-delivery skills
