Senior Inventory Accountant

To support inventory-driven businesses, the full-time Senior Inventory Accountant will manage complex inventory accounting activities, oversee reconciliations and month-end close processes, and provide client advisory services remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary client resource for inventory and cost accounting, managing reconciliations and month-end close activities Support implementation and optimization of inventory management systems, including data validation and client training Prepare financial statements and inventory-related reports while analyzing key performance indicators to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4-8 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in inventory-focused environments Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and cost accounting Experience with inventory management systems and accounting applications, including QuickBooks Online Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a remote environment
