Senior Investment Data Governance Analyst

Lead investment data governance and business analysis as a Senior Analyst in Toronto, working onsite four days weekly on contract. Standardize processes across complex investment initiatives.

This Senior Data Governance Analyst supports a large-scale transformation program focused on governance, standardization, and sustainability. You will work across Capital Markets, Private Equity, and Infrastructure teams, aligning business, operations, technology, and data stakeholders. The work centers on investment data, requirements, and process analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review proposed business requirements from a data governance perspective
• Analyze data flows, integrations, processes, and system dependencies
• Document requirements, processes, decisions, assumptions, and governance considerations
• Facilitate standardized requirements across business teams
• Support governance reviews of solution designs

Requirements:

• 10+ years in business analysis or data governance
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
• Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements
• Experience producing process maps and governance documentation
• Investment or financial services experience is advantageous
