Senior Investor Relations Lead - Earnings & Strategy

Mercor is seeking an experienced investor relations professional to help build a high-quality library of IR work products. The role involves completing self-contained IR exercises from mock files and delivering polished outputs for each, evaluated against a rubric.

You will own the earnings cycle end-to-end, draft earnings releases and prepared remarks, and develop guidance and scenario-based revisions. Strong emphasis on investor materials and shareholder analysis.
