Overview
In this on-site role, you lead delivery of high-quality iOS apps for major finance clients, shaping architecture and guiding engineers in a collaborative team. You own technical direction on client engagements and help modernize large-scale banking experiences, including onboarding and money movement, across greenfield initiatives. You work closely with stakeholders to ensure technically sound solutions that align with business goals and regulatory considerations. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, deliver, and test iOS applications with a product-aware perspective
- Advise on software architecture and engineering practices
- Drive technical direction and architectural decisions
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, designers, product partners, and leadership
- Contribute to process improvement and adoption of new technologies
- Stay current with tech trends and experiment with new tools
- Maintain on-site client engagement and ensure delivery excellence
- 8+ years of experience in design and building complex software systems
- Proficiency in Swift and native iOS tools (SwiftUI, UIKit, SwiftData, Swift Concurrency)
- Experience in consumer banking onboarding and account management
- RESTful API integration and familiarity with third-party libraries
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
