Senior iOS Engineer

As a Senior iOS Engineer at Dojo, you’ll shape the centralized iOS platform that underpins our mobile ecosystem. You’ll enable developers by building robust SDKs, libraries, and toolkits and drive scalable architecture across teams. You’ll optimize CI/CD, ensure performance and security as we scale internationally, and uphold high engineering standards. This role offers impact at the platform level, influencing how Dojo’s mobile payments technology evolves. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to raise developer experience and delivery velocity.

• Design, build, and maintain centralized iOS SDKs, libraries, and core toolkits for our mobile infrastructure
• Own the modular architecture of the iOS ecosystem to promote reusability across multiple product teams
• Improve developer experience by optimizing build times, managing dependencies with Swift Package Manager, and refining automated testing strategies
• Architect and evolve scalable CI/CD pipelines for mobile automation to enable rapid, reliable, and secure releases
• Establish and uphold technical standards and best practices for iOS development through documentation and code reviews
• Collaborate with feature teams to ensure seamless integration of core SDKs

• Deep expertise in modern iOS development using Swift
• Proven track record designing and maintaining distributed frameworks or centralized SDKs
• Strong knowledge of iOS architecture patterns (MVVM-C, Clean Architecture) for modularity and scalability
• Experience with dependency management (Swift Package Manager) and mobile automation tooling (GitHub Actions, Bitrise)
• Passion for improving developer experience through automation, code quality, and internal tooling
• Excellent communication skills to influence technical direction across teams
