Overview
In this role, you will shape the next generation of travel and expense apps by blending AI with a superior mobile UX. You’ll build Swift-first, production-grade iOS features and lead context-aware experiences that balance performance and privacy. Collaborating with product, design and backend teams, you’ll translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive mobile interactions and drive quality through analytics and experimentation. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence how travelers interact with AI-powered travel assistants at scale.
Responsibilities- Design and ship innovative UX patterns for conversational interfaces on iOS
- Architect and build Swift-first features using async/await and modern iOS APIs
- Lead context-aware experiences leveraging user preferences and app state
- Use metrics, experimentation, and logging to iterate and improve features
- Translate AI/ML capabilities into simple, intuitive mobile interactions
- Leverage AI development tools to accelerate development while ensuring quality
- Collaborate across product, design, and backend in a fast-moving environment
- 5+ years of professional development experience with strong Swift skills
- Deep understanding of Swift and iOS SDK including concurrency, actors, and GCD
- SwiftUI production experience; UIKit familiarity a plus
- Experience with Combine or reactive patterns and when to use them vs async/await
- Strong iOS architecture knowledge (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularization)
- Solid networking skills (JSON, REST, WebSockets, streaming APIs) with offline support
- Experience with offline storage, background processing, threading, push notifications
- Familiarity with AI tools and LLM-driven features, prompt design and latency management
