Senior IT Engineer to support employees, optimize IT operations, and lead system upgrades. You will drive large IT projects, ensure core infrastructure reliability, and mentor staff. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic IT planning to sustain growth. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to align technology with business goals and implement modern security and disaster recovery practices. Responsibilities- Monitor IT system performance to optimize cost and productivity
- Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design IT solutions based on business needs
- Evaluate vendors and test new hardware/software
- Supervise day-to-day network and server operations
- Align IT infrastructure with current and future business objectives
- Assess and implement backup, recovery, and disaster procedures
- Train staff on software/hardware and provide tech support
- Manage IT systems and assets, identifying strategic improvements
- Lead large IT projects and roll out IT infrastructures across technologies
- 5–7 years IT management experience
- Experience leading large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, security, networks, databases, and storage
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Experience with desktop/ server OS, cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, mobile platforms, backup procedures, and monitoring
- Professional certifications preferred (A+, Network+, CCNA, MCP)
- Hands-on networks hardware knowledge (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto) and UC systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
