Senior IT Finance Operations Analyst

Manage IT invoices and accruals as a Senior Analyst in Toronto, ON, with a hybrid schedule supporting technology and operations.

This six-month contract, with potential extension, supports technology-related financial and operational activities. The Senior Analyst works with internal stakeholders and external vendors across invoice management, inventory oversight, financial reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, validate, track, and coordinate approvals for IT invoices
• Resolve vendor payment inquiries and maintain accurate documentation
• Prepare and reconcile monthly IT spend accruals
• Monitor inventory, purchasing activity, and replenishment requirements
• Prepare financial and operational reports for leadership

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, supply chain, or related field
• Minimum three years’ relevant financial operations experience
• Working knowledge of accrual accounting and month-end processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
