Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator, Networking

In this senior, hands-on role you own the enterprise network stack end-to-end—from design to operations—driving scalable and secure solutions. You act as a technical SME and escalation point, leading complex troubleshooting and continuous improvement across a multi-site environment. You’ll enable the wider team through documentation and best practices while shaping standards and reducing vendor reliance. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with exposure to modern Cisco technologies and SD-WAN transformation.

• Own the full network lifecycle from design through operations
• Serve as SME and technical escalation point for network issues
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the network estate
• Transfer knowledge and document best practices for the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on infrastructure initiatives
• Influence standards and drive changes across large-scale, multi-site infrastructure

• 8+ years’ experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or networking
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies (Firepower, ISE, SD-WAN – Viptela/Catalyst)
• Deep knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing
• Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) across multi-site environments
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and transitioning solutions into production
• Strong troubleshooting skills including root cause analysis and incident resolution
• Experience maintaining infrastructure health (patching, upgrades, configurations)
