Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

In this role you will lead the design and governance of FT's collaboration tooling, acting as a subject-matter expert for AI-enabled features. You will collaborate across FT Technology to align tools with business needs, influence supplier decisions, and advance architectural standards. You’ll translate emerging technologies into practical value while fostering an inclusive, multidisciplinary culture. • Lead technical design and architectural decisions for collaboration tooling platforms
• Act as a subject matter expert for AI capabilities within collaboration tooling
• Engage with cross-functional teams to evangelise tools and solutions
• Contribute to product and renewal roadmaps for owned tools
• Stay informed on capabilities and marketplace developments of collaboration tools
• Assist in supplier management and selection for key collaboration technologies
• Liaise with vendors and internal customers of collaboration tools
• Promote an inclusive, multidisciplinary, open culture
• Improve technology, processes, and team skills
