Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (3rd Line) – Hybrid/FTC

ARCA Consulting Ltd is partnering with a leading e-commerce company to recruit a hands-on Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst / 3rd Line Support Analyst on a 10–12 month FTC, with potential for permanent employment. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office, and involves maintaining a large Microsoft infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

The successful candidate will act as a technical escalation point, lead major incidents, and drive infrastructure improvements
