Senior IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist

Manage critical IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud services as a Senior IT Operations Specialist with Sifton Properties in London, Ontario.

This senior position oversees technology reliability, security, performance, and administration across multiple locations. Responsibilities span networks, servers, enterprise platforms, business applications, cloud services, and disaster recovery. You will work with internal stakeholders, external providers, and front-line support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage business-critical infrastructure and enterprise technology platforms
• Investigate incidents affecting connectivity, security, and applications
• Escalate complex issues beyond front-line support
• Provision and monitor on-premises and cloud servers
• Administer cybersecurity solutions protecting systems, users, and data

Requirements:

• Five or more years in infrastructure or technology operations
• Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
• Microsoft 365 administration and identity services knowledge
• Server, virtualization, storage, backup, and recovery experience
• Networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery experience
