Senior IT Operations Professional

In this role you will lead hands-on IT operations within a compact, fast-paced UK team for a globally recognised FMCG brand. You’ll own a broad mix of day-to-day IT activities, end-user support, and hardware/AV/digital workplace tech while developing junior teammates. You’ll engage with stakeholders and drive improvements in the IT service landscape, contributing to a high-performing operating environment. This position combines hands-on delivery with opportunities to influence IT operations at scale.

• 55,000-65,000 salary
• up to 25% annual bonus

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support and troubleshooting
• Manage end-user devices, hardware, and AV/digital signage systems
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and user access provisioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Support ITIL-aligned service management processes and continuous improvement
• Onboard new users and maintain IT operations effectively
• Mentor and develop junior IT staff
• Address networking-related incidents and issues as they arise

• Strong 1st and 2nd line IT support experience
• Excellent end-user computing and hardware knowledge
• Hands-on AV systems and digital signage experience
• Good networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management
• Experience with onboarding, user access and general IT operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to engage across the IT environment
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, startups, scale-ups or fast-paced environments (valuable)
