Senior IT Security Principal

In this role you provide technical leadership across security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, threat hunting, risk mitigation, and compliance. You will advise senior stakeholders, drive enterprise security initiatives, and help mature security capabilities across the organization. You’ll lead complex incident responses and mentor security professionals while delivering cross-functional projects. The opportunity centers on strengthening the company’s security posture within a zero-harm, people-first culture.

• Provide technical leadership across security operations, incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, security architecture, identity and access governance, and compliance activities
• Lead response to complex cybersecurity incidents
• Drive enterprise-wide risk reduction initiatives
• Advise senior stakeholders on security strategy
• Mentor security professionals and deliver cross-functional security projects

• Proven experience leading security incident response activities
• Strong expertise in vulnerability management and enterprise threat hunting
• Experience with security frameworks, compliance programmes, and governance practices
• Knowledge of identity and access governance, including role-based access control
• Experience leading enterprise-wide security initiatives and cross-team collaboration
