Senior IT Support Engineer: Client Tech Lead & Projects

Vector Resourcing is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to take technical ownership of client accounts across Apple, Microsoft and Google environments in London. You will act as the main technical contact for the portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities include resolving complex issues, advising senior stakeholders and delivering improvement projects for London's advertising, marketing and media businesses. The role combines hands-on support with proactive technical management.
